Based at the University of Houston, the Center for Life Sciences Technology is engaged in developing innovative interdisciplinary reserach-based education, 21st century workforce development, outreach, and cutting edge research. The Center provides access to space, expertise, and equipment for local biotech companies and serves as a platform for innovation and institutional collaboration.
Bio-Link is the Next Generation National Advanced Technological Education (ATE) Center of Excellence for Biotechnology and Life Sciences. Bio-Link originated in late 1998 with a grant from the National Science Foundation as a National ATE Center for Biotechnology. The ATE program was created to improve and expand educational programs that prepare skilled technicians to work in the high-tech fields that drive the U.S. economy.
Reactive Surfaces’s mission is to be the preferred source of innovative, top-quality bioengineered solutions that meet the most stringent environmental conditions, while also addressing the needs of the paints and coatings markets. Through innovation and inspiration, RSL enables their customers to build functional coatings to improve the quality of life.
